Privacy notice
We collect the data needed to assess a request and issue an invitation: name as printed in the passport, citizenship, travel dates, destination cities and an email address.
Requests are stored outside the public web root on our own server and are not sold, published or shared beyond what issuing the document requires.
Write to support@visainvitation.com to correct or delete a request. Tell us the email address used so we can find it.
Cookies and analytics
If you press “Allow”, the site loads Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service of YANDEX LLC. It sets its own cookies (names starting with _ym) and records anonymised visit statistics: pages viewed, time on page, clicks, screen size, approximate region from the IP address and the site you came from. We use it only to understand which pages help visitors. Session recording (Webvisor) is switched off, and the contents of form fields are not collected.
If you press “Decline” or make no choice, Metrica is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. The site has no advertising, social-media pixels or other third-party trackers. Fonts and our own scripts are served from our server; the Metrica script is fetched from cdn.jsdelivr.net only after consent.
Your choice is kept in one local-storage entry on your device. You can change it at any time with the button below or by clearing site data in your browser.
The request form sends only the fields you fill in, and only when you press the button. Our web server keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page) to keep the site secure; they are not used to profile visitors.
